Yes you heard ( read ) me right.
Today I'ma gonna sweat.
I've decided to do a home workout and march along to a designed for fatties easy to do workout video.
I think this will be entertaining and I don't have to think about it. It's a win win.
Let me tell you about my excersise levels. Short and furious or short and wimpy or long and pathetic.
That is all.
Everyone tells me the trick is to find something you like. Well. I like some things... I just don't like HAVING to do them every day. I could handle a dance class once a week, yoga during an acting class sure I'll take it; but a mundane move your body and sweat just for the hell of it?? No thank you.
That being said. I like to eat and I'm fat and out of shape. I need to exercise . The aim? 30 min once a day.
I'm also adding in tracking what I'm eating ( but not cutting calories ...yet ) and drinking more water ( I drink at least a litre now I want to double that )
So wish me luck for THIS new start.
