I'm back baby !!!
So I had a fall from grace that lasted about a week. In that week I lost control about twice, the rest of the week was just bad choices because the bad choice train had left the station.
Here I am day 20 and back to making good choices. It's not even Monday !!
I was definitely a downer all week. I kept writing though and that has to be something. A few major things happened this week - sibling in hospital and just today out of hospital. My parents cut their trip short and returned (bringing with them a lot of junk food and bread----breaaaaaaddddd). We had free pizza day at work, and where was the pizza and pop, you ask? Why, right beside my desk. I lost that battle.
I can only look on the past week and see how to avoid these things happening again. One major thing is having meals prepared and food in the house. Good comfort food that maybe I wouldn't eat every day, but when the time is needed it's best to have a somewhat healthy alternative to quick junk.
My friend Tiff mentioned a quinoa pasta that I want to take a look at. Who doesn't love a little protein in their pasta?
So that's it really.
My plan for tomorrow is to make those meals I spoke of and Jessica-proof my house again.
No matter how often I lose track of this healthy way of living, one thing is for sure:
