I did get into some mischief! If you qualify a saucy rendezvous with the farmer's market as mischievous.
Silly me, I thought the main farmer's market had closed for the winter. But it's actually open on Saturdays. All local farmers and suppliers. Food, coffee, knitted wear, candles! I got some amazing stone ground whole wheat bread with all natural raspberry jam to go with it. Also, a giant organic leek and some organic carrots. At the regular store, I got organic corn and potatoes, and intend to make a chowder to feed me for the next few days! I'm excited to try making the roux with whole wheat flour.
Much like Jessica, next month I plan to start keeping track of my calories. I feel like I'm still eating the same amount, just in (mostly) better things. But with eating more beans and whole grains and nuts come some sneaky numbers. I'd just like to know where I stand, walnuts!!
Yeah yeah, I will design a workout plan for the occasion as well. 7 weeks left in the work challenge and I haven't weighed myself since Day 1. Yeowwww. I still feel like I'm on the right track overall, but I need to rev up the intensity soon.
