So the pill I'm on is called Xenical.
Its not so bad.
The thing is it takes 1/3rd of the fat from what you are eating and rushes it through your body so it doesn't get absorb. Making for poopy time.
BUT if you don't eat a lot of high fat food ( like me ) then you don't really have a rush to the bathroom problem. So I'm doing well.
No wheat, no dairy, and no sugar is still on the table. I tend to forgive myself a little on my days off- like having some cheese and crackers or a little yogurt or maybe a pump of mocha in my Starbucks. Nothing crazy but just enough to feel like I can. It was a successful weekend for me.
The attempt to fit exercise in is still a struggle but I'm working on it :)
