Day 50. What You Want.

Baby I Got it.

Today is kinda  a big day. I'm officially 3 months into my job. I am off the probation period and into BENEFITS!!! I love me some benefits so I signed up for the best package. This could be pretty amazing for a girl like me who LOVES to find things wrong with themselves.

I get 1500 towards massages --- well it could go toward other things, but lets be honest.

I get all the meds I want!!! Really I don't like chemicals but when you need them boy they are expensive.

OK so I guess I should let you know where I'm at with diet and weight and such. Eating is good. I am really getting into a groove where I eat great on the days I'm working and on my holiday I allow myself little cheats like, yogurt, cheese, crackers... and even some big cheats like poutine,pizza ... fries... you know.

Sounds like a horrible thing but for someone who would BINGE on 'cheat' days I've really come to understand what they are and not abuse them. Well, it's still new- we will see.

In Jan I lost 9 llbs
in Feb so far I lost 4 lbs
Still have 10 days to go so we will see.

I've come to accept this will be slow if I do it gradually.

The thing is, I feel better. I actually do. I know its not a lot of weight but I feel smaller and more confident.

Slow and steady wins the race!!!

Also when you go slow you don't feel guilty about eating pizza. win win.
