Day 87. Physio Killed the Radio Star.

I went to physio today. After a spinal fracture last year, I've had x-rays and specialists look me over but had yet to try physiotherapy. It was always a luxury, but I finally have coverage so I'm taking advantage while I can.

He observed me stand, walk, sit, touch my toes and do a bridge. He came to the conclusion: I have weak glutes.

I started laughing. For some reason it struck me as hilarious. They may, in fact, be the real culprit of my perceived weak legs. They are also part of my core which, when developed, can protect my lower back from pain. So,

APRIL IS GLUTES MONTH.

Because it's doctor and beauty prescribed, I hereby commit to doing glute exercises every day in April.  Oh, my God, Becky, look at her butt, it's so....structurally sound.

Yes, I like this idea.
